Job Description

Position Summary:


We are seeking a talented and driven CRM Manager to join our B2B marketing team. This role will focus primarily on managing and optimising the email channel, while also supporting the coordination of other CRM channels such as in-app messaging and product notifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM strategies, particularly in email marketing, and experience in the tech or SaaS industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies with a primary focus on email marketing to drive customer engagement, retention and lifetime value

  • Oversee the management and optimisation of all B2B Marketing CRM channels, with an initial focus on email automation. Manage the integration of additional CRM channels such as SMS, in-app messaging, and product notifications to enhance customer communication.

  • Collaborate closely with the B2B content, product, sales and customer success teams to align CRM efforts with business goals and customer needs.

  • Analyse customer data and campaign performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Manage the end-to-end process of email campaigns, including planning, execution, segmentation, and A/B testing.

  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure our CRM efforts remain innovative and effective.

  • Provide regular reports and insights to the Head of CRM and other stakeholders on campaign performance and customer engagement metrics.

Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.

  • Ca. 5 years of experience in CRM management, with a strong emphasis on B2B marketing (email marketing) in the tech or SaaS industry.

  • Proficient expertise in CRM tools and platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

  • Exceptional analytical skills, with a strong ability to translate data into actionable strategies.

  • Creative thinker with a passion for customer engagement and a track record of driving successful CRM initiatives.
